Ruby Latka is a Junior Promo Director at Channel 4, where she crafts engaging trailers promoting Channel 4 content across linear TV, streaming, and social channels.
After sixth form, she was offered a Software Engineering Degree Apprenticeship with Jaguar Land Rover, but when the opportunity unexpectedly fell through, she found herself working in a call centre. Determined to pursue a creative path, Ruby drew on her experience from the BFI Film Academy, which she completed alongside her A-levels, and joined Channel 4 in 2023 as a Production Apprentice.
Her resilience, initiative, and creative drive have consistently earned her recognition, including successfully leading production of Channel 4's Internal Comms Mini Series Canteen Catch-ups.
Outside of work, Ruby is a huge film lover and a regular at her local cinema.
